Belal Fouani began his career in the residential construction industry over 13 years ago, on the construction side, operating a construction company that dealt with home renovations and repairs. In 2001, Belal finished his real estate course and started working in a sales capacity, selling pre-owned and new homes.
Deb Gearey has over 20 years of new home building experience, starting her career with Shane Homes over 13 years ago as a sales associate, followed by a promotion to an area manager. Deb is known for her enthusiasm and is passionate about the process of planning a new home, guiding clients through the entire building process, not only with professionalism and knowledge, but also with the kindness and sincerity that she believes is very important to a successful business relationship.
Jamie is relatively new to the building industry. He has learned much about new home sales and customer service over the past year and is dually excited and motivated to be a part of Shane Homes. He has an extensive background in home renovations and customer service. Prior to joining Shane Homes, Jamie was involved in management with several businesses during his University years and after graduation. Jamie was also a member of the Canadian National Long-Track Speed Skating Team for several years. All of these aspects combined with his degree in Economics and his Bilingual Diploma have developed his skills into being a dedicated, personable liaison and representative of Shane Homes.
Jeff Brodowski began his career in the residential construction industry in 2003 as a sales associate and then was promoted to Area Manager. Prior to joining Shane Homes, his background was in the customer service industry, working for many years mainly in senior management roles. Jeff has completed the New Home Sales Professional courses through SAIT and is a graduate in post secondary education in the study of Business and Marketing.
Michael MacLean has over 9 years of sales experience within the new home industry in Calgary. His focus in these years has been mostly the move up and estate home market. Mike has a passion for customer service and has demonstrated a proven ability to help people create their dream home time after time.
Satwinder Notay has over 15 years experience in customer service with 10 in sales. She started her career with Shane Homes as a Hostess after building a new home with the company and for the past three years she has been working as a sales associate. “I enjoyed the journey towards my new home so much that I couldn’t wait to work for Shane and work with new home purchasers throughout their journey.”
Angela has been involved in the home building industry since 2009, after building her first new home, a “Shane home”. Angela says that she enjoyed the home building process and industry so much that she didn't want to leave the sales centre - so she didn't!
Since building her Shane home, she has accumulated 7 years of New Home sales experience in Calgary and Airdrie. Angela describes herself as go getter and a team player and prides herself on her ability to build rapport and foster beneficial relationships. She considers the best part of her job to be “arts and crafts” in which she helps find her clients their perfect home while custom tailoring it to fit their needs, personality and lifestyle.
Anita began her career in new home sales over 20 years ago when she first moved to Calgary. She took some time away from the industry to raise her family, but stayed in touch by building several Shane homes over the years as well as continuing to work as a part-time hostess. Anita rejoined the homebuilding industry full time as a sales associate in 2014.
Anita’s ability to develop long lasting customer relationships is based on trust, knowledge, dedication and friendly customer service. Ultimately her goal is to achieve a happy working relationship with her clients and help them celebrate the building of their dream home on possession day.
Anthony started in the Real Estate industry over 7 years ago, working with customers to obtain their mortgages. He and his family have built two new homes and most recently a custom built Shane home. After a phenomenal experience building with Shane Homes, he decided to bring his passion forward into new home sales. He strives to deliver that same personalized experience with each customer that he meets.
Cheryl began her career in New Home Sales in 2002. She joined the Shane Homes family in 2004 when Creations by Shane Homes was first launched and was part of the Shane team for 4 years before deciding to spread her wings and live abroad for the past 5 years. Cheryl enjoys helping her clients select a home that is perfect for them and helping them throughout the building process. She is passionate about making it fun and exciting, especially, for first time home buyers.
