Next, consult with your dedicated Area Manager or New Home Advisor (for our single-family homeowners) to select your exterior. Each community we build in has its own architectural controls that we, as builders, must adhere to. This ensures variation in elevations and home colours for each neighbour. Your available colour options will be presented when you come in for your exterior selections. We will obtain a grade slip from the city upon architectural approval and can start building your new desired home!
