What an interesting time it is to say the least. The past few weeks have been unbelievable and so much has changed. COVID-19 has pushed many businesses to change how they operate, including us.
We have put new measures in place in many areas of our business to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
Our sales centers and showhomes are open; however, most homebuyers are making appointments – this allows us to ensure only one group is in at a time and that we are adhering to social distancing.
Going virtual – If you are self-isolating, we can still connect in other ways. Our Area Managers & Interior Designers can FaceTime with you, walking you through the showhome, reviewing lots, and help you make design choices. There are also 3D tours of our showhomes available on our website. Many of our vendors are also working with customers virtually.
What about our current builds? We are doing our best to keep everything on track, while keeping our employees and customers safe. We will continue to operate and build homes as our business is deemed an essential service. Some selections may not be available or could be delayed so we suggest choosing a couple back up options with your interior designer.
Why would you buy a new home right now? There is a unique opportunity tobuy a new home right now since interest rates are so low. We will see the rates start to rise shorty so there is a limited time to take advantage. Some people are only thinking about the immediate future, investors are looking ahead and recognizing the ROI over a longer time frame.
